How do I get on the schedule?
Call or text (572) 228-8155, email okielaundryco@gmail.com, or use the request helper below. Tell us your area, the laundry you need help with, and your preferred pickup day. We’ll confirm availability and the pickup details with you.
Can I book weekly or biweekly?
Yes! Recurring weekly and biweekly pickups are available, along with one-time service. Message us to find a routine that works for you.
What should I do before pickup?
Bag your laundry, empty pockets, and share any special care instructions or detergent preferences. If you want items hung, let us know and send hangers or ask us to supply them.
Do you wash bedding, blankets, and rugs?
Yes—bedding, blankets, towels, and washable rugs are welcome. Send a description or photo of specialty items so we can confirm their care requirements and pricing.
When will my laundry come back?
We’ll confirm your return timing when we arrange pickup. Let us know if you have a deadline so we can check whether we can accommodate it.
Can you use my detergent preference?
Tell us your preferences and any sensitivities before pickup. We’ll discuss the available options and the care your laundry needs.
